Using our Key Recovery feature is easy. Simply access the feature by selecting the "Key not received" option in the menu after using the !menu command. You will be prompted to enter the email address used during the purchase process. Please make sure to enter the correct email address that you used during the purchase, as it will be checked in our database.

Once you have entered the email address, the bot will instantly send you the key and order ID associated with your purchase. This way, you can quickly access the key you need and start using your purchased product without further delay.
